The story of Fancy Flour Bakeshop begins in my childhood. Long before celebrity chefs and dramatic bake-offs filled the airwaves, my Saturdays were spent watching PBS cooking shows and hurrying to the kitchen to try my hand at the recipes I’d just seen. That’s where my love of pastry arts truly took root.
For decades, I’ve shared my passion for baking with friends and family—each sticky smile and savored sweet creating lasting memories. Wanting to bring that same joy to my community, I founded Fancy Flour Bakeshop, inspired by the emotions a simple cookie can evoke.
